Piano and Percussion Club
A fabulous way of beating those winter blues!
We are starting an exciting new music club for the over 50s from December 2024 to February 2025. Do you play piano or keyboard? Did you play when you were younger or have you always wanted to learn? Would you enjoy playing some percussion, learning about rhythm and exciting sounds? No matter if you are a total beginner or a virtuoso performer!! Come and enjoy a fun afternoon in a lovely warm and welcoming space! We will cover a wide range of musical styles from classical to pop and rock.
We can be an orchestra or a pop band, there are so many sounds that we can create. We might even have a go at improvising and composing our own songs!
We want all to participate in the joy of making music and finding the pleasure and support of being part of a group. There will also be time to play individual pieces for each other and get used to performing. Don’t be shy we will give you all the support and encouragement that you need.

About us
My name is Alida and I have been delivering music lessons for over 25 years to students of all ages and abilities. I have had students progress to music colleges and develop a career in their chosen instruments.
As a small and friendly team at ChromaMusic, we love to develop the hidden musical talent in people and believe that music is beneficial to everyone, whether just listening and appreciating music or learning to play an instrument.
